How tuition works
What sets tuition, what the extras are for, and where to find the figures.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the level, the age group and how many classes a week a student takes. Classes run from 45 minutes to 75 minutes, and two classes a week is a different plan from one. The studio's figures are on our registration page, and we are happy to talk them through on the phone.

Registration
A yearly registration covers the studio's file for your student, the studio's insurance and your place in the family portal. It is due when you register for your first session.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly by autopay through the family portal, or by the session if you would rather pay once. Summer acro week is billed on its own when you register for it.
Siblings
A second student in the family is handled differently from the first. Ask us when you register and we will tell you how.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed class can be made up in another class of the same level, or the level just below it, within the same session. Book it by message or at the front desk.
Uniforms, costumes and other costs
Costumes for the spring showcase are ordered in the winter and billed before the showcase in May. The showcase has a production charge for each student, and guests need tickets. Practice clothes are bought by the family, and grip socks are optional. We don't enter competitions, so there are no entry or travel costs.

Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a student leaves, by message or at the front desk. A costume already ordered for the showcase belongs to the family, and tuition for a month in progress is billed as usual.
